This delicate necklace was designed as a graduated collar during the Retro era circa 1930s by Louis Rousselet in Paris, France. The bars are beautifully adorned with soft blue and white enamel and evenly spaced out by tiny seed pearls. It is complete with 2 round Gripoix glass beads of a delicious lapis-blue hue which are suspended from thin rolo chains. This necklace measures 16 and 1/2 inches total and it can be secured with a hidden, small hook at the front.
