Deco Marquise Diamond Dinner Ring

Deco Marquise Diamond Dinner Ring

The dinner ring of the art deco period is a true celebration of the independent woman! The distinctive north-south design was born in the flapper era, just after women gained the right to vote and rejected their restrictive corsets. They dazzled on the right hand, proudly on display under a cocktail glass in a speakeasy or at a dinner party. The dinner ring was commonly purchased by the wearer as a fashion statement and an ode to independence and not typically given by a man. This handmade platinum beauty is among the most unique and elegant designs we've come across.  A .75 carat marquise cut diamond makes for a stunning centerpiece, boasting a very clean VS2 clarity grade and excellent proportions. It is a J color. Another .75 carat in total weight of transitional cut diamonds surround, adding a glamorous glitter. The ring measures just under 1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide. It is currently a size 6 and may be easily resized up or down upon request.
