An antique sweetheart! This lovely little puffy heart dates back to the 1870s or 1880s when is was handmade in 14k rose gold. Its subtle shape and deeply carved waves give it a character all its own. This pendant is the same front and back. It measures about 5/8 inch by 3/4 inch. The chain is not included, please inquire for options.
