1920s-30s Chinese Export Jadeite and Silver Parure
Jadeite of a natural, incomparable green, set into stunning filigreed silver in three gorgeous, matching pieces--a perfect parure! This set of screw-on earrings, a bracelet, and brooch was made sometime in the 1920s or 30s in China, as an export to the U.S. The fine jade is vibrant and dynamic, though a few of the stones are slightly crazed. The entire set is in otherwise excellent condition. The silver has beautiful, almost sculptural filigree work that gives these pieces beautiful dimension and detail. The patina truly lets the fine design stand out. The earrings measure 7/8 inch by 5/8 inch. They may be converted to posts upon request. The brooch measures 1 5/8 inches by 7/8. It would make a great ring or pendant! We are happy to convert that as well, upon request. The bracelet measures 6 3/4 inches long, fitting an average sized wrist.
