This ring has some of the most beautiful and unique filigree work we've seen! Flowers and swirls adorn this 18k white gold die-struck setting from the 1920s. The 1.01ct GIA certified diamond is exceptional and one of the finest diamonds we currently own. It is a modern brilliant that was re-cut in the 1940s from an old cut, most likely a transitional cut of the same period as the ring. It is nearly colorless, G grade, and top quality VVS2 clarity. It sits tall in it's antique birdcage-like detailed setting, about 1/4 inch off the finger. A diamond on either side add some extra sparkle, totaling a carat weight of .06. The ring is currently a size 3 3/4 and may be re-sized moderately.
