Flowers that won't fade! For over a century, these happy little pansies have brightened up the day, all year around, on this solid 14k rosy gold bangle. The impeccable pansies are made of artistically handcrafted enamel. The motif was common in the era of Art Nouveau, between 1890 and 1910. The style, in addition to the construction of the hinged bangle, leads us to believe that the bangle is indeed from that time period. Five fully-cut, glittering diamonds, sparkle within each pansy. They are each a transitional cut, the round diamond cut of the 1920s. We believe they were added in the 1920s, perhaps replacing small pearls. The bangle is 6 1/4 inches around, fitting a smaller than average wrist. The top is about 1/2 inch wide.
