Flying right into our hearts! This adorable biplane brooch is complete with a spinning propeller! It is set with very fine rubies and diamonds, adding glittery refinement to an otherwise playful piece. The thirteen diamonds are late transitional cuts, of top quality. As are the raspberry red rubies, which are all elegantly square cut. The biplane is made of solid 18k yellow gold and marked with a gondola hallmark, which we can only infer means it was made in Venice! It measures 1 1/8 by 1 1/16 inches and about 3/8 inch tall.
