Handmade in solid 14 karat yellow gold during the 1930s and inspired by Etruscan Revival jewels, this bold pair of clip-on earrings features incredible granulation all throughout its domed surface. Often referred to as 'Cannetille', this delicious granulated texture is made possible thanks to an ancient filigree technique that uses very detailed wire and granulation work to create beautifully-textured surfaces. Each individual gold sphere is carefully placed to create decorative patterns or, in our case, this even, seamless clip — a painstakingly time-consuming task that can only be achieved by an expert goldsmith and jeweler.
