Handcrafted around the 1950-60s in 14 karat gold, this gorgeous butterfly's wings are studded with an array of colorful gems. The lacy openwork of the wings is enhanced by rich emeralds, rubies and sapphires, as well as .17 carats in diamonds, graded L-M color and VS-SI clarity, and sparkling all throughout. A .60 carat marquise-cut sapphire sits at the center of the pendant, while the body of this beautiful winged creature is made out of freshwater pearls. We adore the delicate, airy look of this vintage pendant that captures the butterfly in flight. It is highly-detailed and the stones perfectly compliment each other. Truly enchanting, and a fabulous way to welcome the warmer weather!
