The Figa hand, also known as the "mano fico" in present-day Italy, emerged as a powerful amulet to promote fertility and to protect its wearer from the evil eye and dark forces. Our Figa hand is made from Mother of Pearl, featuring nails and a bracelet detail. It is gold-plated, it measures approximately 2 inches long and it is complete with a large, round hoop at the top so you can wear it with your vintage chains!
