1.21 Carat Old Mine-Cut Diamond Ring C. 1900s
This antique engagement ring was handmade circa early 1900s with a 14 karat yellow gold band and complementary white gold basket. It boasts a 1.21 carat Old Mine-cut diamond at the center, with a H color and VS1 clarity grading, certified by EGL USA (Report # US400165345D). Old Mine-Cut diamonds are so special, and one-of-a-kind in their faceting, as each is cut by hand with a character all of their own! This kaleidoscopic diamond is beautifully set in a raised, handmade basket with meticulous filigree, and we adore the hand-carved details seen on the shank that add the finishing touches. A perfect example of a solitaire that is made unique with its subtle but distinct antique details, while allowing the diamond the prominence it deserves. This antique engagement ring is currently a size 8 and it can be easily resized to your needs. Please inquire.
