Art Deco Filigree Diamond Ring
Made in 1928, this stunning late Art Deco ring is gently elevated with decorated prongs and meticulous filigree, resulting in an impeccably carved profile! The 1920s style lends a unique elegance to this ring's setting, with its softly curved, carved shoulders that are reminiscent of floral blooms. This antique ring was constructed in strong, handmade platinum with hand carved details that follow the band almost all the way. The .51 carat diamond in the center was re-cut more recently as a Modern Brilliant-Cut diamond to optimally enhance its brilliance, and it is graded H-I color and VS1 clarity, while the diamonds on the sides total about .16 carats and they are a G color and VS clarity grading. This engagement ring is currently a size 8 and it may be easily resized to your needs. Please inquire.
