Natural Pearl Solitaire Ring c1910
A rare natural pearl is the centerpiece of this simply elegant solitaire ring from around 1910. Natural pearls have always been and remain a rarity, even as the cultivation of pearls has helped to make pearls more accessible. This beauty was crafted right as the cultivation of pearls was being patented in Japan, in an era where this ring most likely adorned the finger of an aristocrat.
Handmade in beautifully etched platinum, this ring features a natural pearl measuring about 9.5 to 10 millimeters. The ring is currently a size 7 1/2 and may be easily resized up or down upon request.
