This antique ring dates to the 1870s and it was meticulously handcrafted in 12 karat yellow gold with a rose undertone, featuring a deep-hued ruby and dazzling old-cut diamonds that embody the grace and sophistication of that period. This ruby is of Burmese origin, displaying a striking red color with a pink overtone, and it weighs .40 carats, while the diamond surround boasts about .70 carats total. The largest stone, seen at the bottom, is an Old Mine-Cut diamond weighing approximately .15 carats and graded H-I color and VS2 clarity. It is accompanied by 19 Rose-Cut diamonds totaling .50 carats total, and 1 single-cut diamond that weighs .06 carats and it is graded H color and SI clarity. It is currently a size 6 and 3/4 and it can be easily resized to your needs.
