1.41 Carat Old Mine Cushion Cut Diamond Ring c1910
This spectacular old mine cushion cut diamond's beauty is matched only by its exquisite setting! We've seen countless of diamond rings over the years and it is a rare thing to see one where we can't decide which is more enchanting– the diamond, or its setting. The 1.41 carat stone is absolutely stunning– it's incredible clarity seems to ask us to jump right in to its clear, glittering spring. It is a near colorless H grade and fine SI1 clarity grade, certified by the toughest graders in the world, GIA. It's equally enticing setting is of the 'Belle Epoque', dating back to around 1910. It does not waste a single surface, adorned completely with elegant embellishments and tiny sparkling diamonds. The gallery has a diamond studded scoop on either side, complimenting the cushion shaped diamond, surrounded by fine handmade platinum filigree work. The diamond-paved filigreed shoulders give the ring an airy feeling of glittering wedding lace. The setting's diamonds have a total carat weight of .20 and are at least near colorless G grade and VS clarity grade. The ring is currently a size 5 3/4, and may be resized up or down upon request.
