This is one cosmic ring! This primarily black boulder opal is speckled throughout with every color of the rainbow! The colors sparkle like stars in a far away galaxy, and are mesmerizing against the dark stone. In person, they are almost iridescent! The stone weighs about 10 carats and is set into handmade 14k rose gold. The glare of any light makes it especially hard to photograph– check out the photo of the back of the stone to get a better idea of what the cabochon cut opal looks like in life without the glare, though it is polished and the back is not. The ring is currently a size 8 and may be resized easily upon request. For scale, the opal is about 1 inch at its widest point.
