Antique Diamond Gold Filigree Ring c1930

Antique Diamond Gold Filigree Ring c1930

Like a glittering pond at the center of a golden garden, a transitional cut diamond sparkles within fine filigree adorned with flowers in full bloom! This romantic ring dates to around 1930, beautifully combining the architectural, intricate metal work popular in the 1920s with the warm gold tones favored in the 1930s. The filigree evokes dreamy garden lattices surrounding the stone in dynamic domes and arches as carved flowers climb up either side of the band, their leaves elegantly decorating the shank as the flowers bloom on either shoulder. The fiery transitional cut diamond shines in an octagonal handmade platinum bezel, enhancing its near colorless brilliance. As a solitaire, this ring makes a stand-out engagement ring, both traditional and dynamic, and undoubtedly romantic with its floral details! It doesn't have to be 'the ring' to be your ring though, as pictured, it looks great as a pinky ring and can be considered for any finger– surely it will dazzle however it's worn!
