The ring's rich yellow gold band is handmade alongside its bright white prongs which are hand-carved right from a singular solid piece of platinum! Its incredible craftsmanship dates between the 1870s and 1880s, with fine antique cut diamonds of the era. While they were all likely matching old mine cuts when it was fashioned, one was later replaced with an old European cut. As this cut is simply the perfectly round evolution of the old mine– it seamlessly blends in with the others. The five stones elegantly graduate to the largest in the center beautifully arching over the natural curve of the finger. This ring is absolutely romance-worthy and an excellent choice for a commitment or anniversary ring!
