This uncommon ring is the kind of unique beauty we have come to expect from the late Victorian era. This one is beautifully handmade, and may be one-of-a-kind. Old pyramid cut garnets alternate with natural pearls to create an asymmetrical pattern that is perfectly balanced and geometric. Beads of gold surround the rectangular setting, adding dimension and texture. The band is designed as three that frame the top and come together to form the ring, leaving a patina in between that adds contrast and lets the simple details stand out. The ring is missing a couple of the framing gold beads, and the garnets are a bit abraded, but otherwise, it is in good condition. It is currently a size 6 1/4 and may be easily resized up or down.
