1960s-70s Pear and Baguette Diamond Ring
An antique recut pear shaped diamond stuns in this fabulous mid-century two-tone setting! It is of a high colorless to near colorless F-G grade, a very clean SI2 clarity grade, and weighs about .85 carat. It most certainly was an antique cut, likely a cushiony old mine, that was recut into the modern pear shape for added value after 1940. Tapered baguette cut diamonds flank on either side, boast near colorless G and VS clarity grades, and weigh about .16 carat in total weight. They complete the simple geometric design perfectly! The diamonds are set into 14k white gold, while the shank is yellow gold, making it ideal for mixing and matching with all metals! The ring is currently a size 6 and may be resized up or down easily upon request.
