A classic gold bangle is adorned with a beautifully hand-chased botanic pattern in this finely crafted jewel from Finland! Foliage and budding catkins, perhaps evoking Finland's beloved silver birch, wrap like garland around the hinged bangle. Their outlines are deeply etched into the gold and their figures are textured with a matte florentine finish that defines them against the highly polished bangle. Softly squared edges allow the bangle four sides and an ample surface for its fine etching. This bangle is heavily hallmarked on its inner surface, as well as lovingly engraved 'Turku- Finland 21.7 -70'. Clearly made with great care and integrity, this bangle is in excellent condition and feels solid with no denting despite it being hollow. It's a perfect everyday piece– stunning all on its own and also great in a stack!
