Art Deco Colorless Diamond Ring with Sapphires c1920
Distinctively Art Deco and yet utterly unique, this stunning 1920s diamond ring is exemplary of the aesthetic's ability to create endlessly original designs from the same key elements: filigree, sapphire accents, delineated geometric shapes, and carved flourishes. Set in handmade platinum, this ring shows off a high-grade, colorless, 1 carat old mine cut diamond. The GIA certified diamond boasts an F colorless grade and a clean SI1 clarity grade. Two single cut diamonds grace each shoulder with added glitter, totaling a carat weight of about .20, and are also matching F-G color and VS clarity grades. Gorgeous true-blue synthetic sapphires are french-cut and channel-set in rows that emanate from the center stone, adding a brilliant pop of color that works to highlight the ring's detailed metal-work. The ring is currently a size 9 and may be easily resized upon request.
