Brilliant, fiery opals orbit the 2 carat black opal at cardinal points, giving this piece the arts and crafts aesthetic of the era. The 16 diamonds are all fully facetted old mine cuts, very much of the time period though unique for their small size. This c1890 beauty is handmade in 14k yellow gold. The top of the ring measures about 3/4 by 1/2 inch. It is currently a size 6 and may be resized up or down upon request.
