Antique Diamond Cocktail Ring with Pearl Halo
Eleven antique diamonds rise within a halo of natural pearls in this elegant cocktail ring made circa 1930! The fiery transitional cut diamonds are each set in minimal four prong baskets that taper to their bottom point, disappearing behind them as if invisible. The glittering stones appear to float just above the ring like stars, accentuated by their varied levels! Dazzling at the center is the largest and most elevated diamond, surrounded by eight equally sized stones lining the oval seed pearl channel frame. Two smaller diamonds fill the space, set recessed above and below the center-stone, accentuating the oval shape's refined north-south orientation. Lustrous pearls complete the ring with their soft satiny glow, set in a warm yellow gold frame. The band meets the oval frame split in three, with the center tapering to a point and lifted towards the pearls, adding to the ring's dynamic depth. Beautifully balanced and refined, this gorgeous antique diamond ring will easily become a favorite in any collection, adding sophisticated sparkle to any ensemble!
