A beautiful bow from Le Belle Époque, or "the beautiful era" between the turn of the 20th century and WWI. Designs from this period value beauty above all, and this piece is no exception! The bow is delicate and sculptural in its make, with milgrain edges and pavé set diamonds. Bezel set diamonds and diamond studded marquis shapes hang like glittering ornaments from the bow. The diamonds total about a carat, are near colorless G-H color, and VS clarity. They are all old European and single cut, set into meticulously carved handmade platinum. The chain is 16 inches long. The attached pendant drops an additional 1 3/4 inches and the bow is 3/4 inch wide.
