These beautifully carved dancer cameo earrings will bring music to your ears! The lovely lyre-playing ladies were carved into shell and set in 18k yellow gold sometime around 1980 in Italy. The French-back style allows the earring to dangle slightly when worn. They measure 3/4 inch long and just over 1/2 inch wide.
