This lovely ring has a handmade top dating to the  turn-of-the-century featuring a rich Untreated Burmese Sapphire +/- .55 carats surrounded by +/- .65 carats of Old Mine Cut Diamonds. The top measures 3/8" across. The 18K shank is a replacement dating to the early to mid 20th century . Size 6 ( can be adjusted up or down upon request ).
