Description: This is one of the finest cameos we've ever seen! The pictures hardly do justice to the detailed carving depicting a lovely lady with 2 musical cherubs. This piece can be worn as a brooch or there is a hidden bale to wear as a necklace. Signed "Sialanca" on back and front.
