Dazzling Old-Mine cut diamonds held in incredibly detailed mountings made of 18 karat gold and black enamel. These are likely Russian and were converted from un-pierced screw-backs to threaded pierced posts. Diamonds total 2 carats (K-L SI1 & H-I,SI2 color and clarity).
