Description: This beautiful ring is a prime example of the wonderful hand-carving done at the of the end of the 19th century. The Stones are all set flush into the mounting, making it very comfortable and easy to wear. The center stone was re-cut in the 1930's when people wanted their "old" stones (i.e.: old mine cuts) updated to the new modern-brilliant standards. The two purple sapphires have a wonderful, deep luster. This would make a great wedding ring for a daring gent or an occasional ring for men or women alike.
