Circa 1900 Art Nouveau 14k, natural pearl, diamond and ruby brooch
This handmade brooch dates to the turn of the century when the Art Nouveau style was at its height. Fabricated from yellow and green 14k gold it features a beautiful natural pearl in a stylized flower design. There are also five rose cut diamonds and a lovely prong-set ruby at the base of the stem. It is hallmarked on the back "585" which is the European equivalent of 14k gold. From left to right at the widest point the brooch measures approximately 1 3/8" and from top to bottom the measurement is exactly 1".
