This lovely antique cameo is set in a 14 karat white-gold filagree frame with little green emerald-colored glass hearts in each corner. The carving is very well done, with definition in the face, hair, and flowers. Unusual also for the necklace worn by the woman, with a diamond center and little dangling embellishments. This piece can be worn as either a pin or a pendant, with a hidden bale that can swivel out to accommodate a chain.
