Description: This 1930's piece is a bit of a nod back to the Victorians, a common period of inspiration in 1930's jewelry design. This hinged bangle has lots of detail in its wire-work and granulation, lending an opulent feel to the piece. The 9 opals have quite a lot of fire which is evident in our close-up picture. Marked " SB 14K" on the clasp. A more modern safety was added at a later date.
