A playful, fashion-forward, yet totally wearable design is executed perfectly in this gorgeous sterling silver bracelet by Danecraft. Fine Italian craftsmanship meets American ingenuity in all of Danecraft's work. Founded by the highly regarded Primavera jeweler family upon their immigration to the United States, Danecraft strived to create jewelry that was both a work-of-art and a sensible, easy-to-wear bit of fashion. This early piece, dating back to around 1940 accomplishes just that. Sculptural shells, each complete with a silver pearl, make up the six panel bracelet, recalling the retro design era it was very much in line with. Each shell panel measures about a square inch while the bracelet measures 6 3/4 inches long, fitting a small to average sized wrist.
