Madeira citrines are among the most valued citrines due to their characteristic, and relatively rare, deeply saturated hues. This uncommon gemstone is the main attraction in this unique, asymmetrical retro beauty. Rarer still is its pentagonal cut that shapes the ring's elegantly spirited design. Three transitional cut diamonds are set in a white-gold topped row, balancing the citrine with sparkle atop a wave of rose gold that curls at the center of the ring's top like a scroll. This unique, sculptural setting is all handmade in 14k rose gold. The diamonds boast near colorless H-I color grades and VS clarity grades and total a carat weight of about .25. This retro-era design is likely from the mid 1930s. The ring is currently a size 7 and may be easily resized upon request. It measures about 3/8 inch wide at the top, for scale.
