A stunning, colorful floral brooch by Margot de Taxco! Margot was an important figure in the Mexican Silver Renaissance of the 20th century. She was the principal designer for Los Castillo before divorcing her husband, Anthony Castillo, and beginning her own line, Margot de Taxco, in 1948. This design is unique in its colorful enamel, though carries one of Margot's signatures- infinity knots in sterling silver! The brooch measures about 2 3/8 inches long and 1 inch wide.
