A star rose quartz mesmerizes in this simple yet bold sterling ring by renowned Danish design house, Georg Jensen. What we can not capture in photos is the remarkable asterism, or starlight effect, in the stone! Three six-pointed stars float across the surface of the stone as the ring moves in the light! It was made in the 1960s-70s and is a Harald Nielsen design, who headed the design house after Jensen passed. The design is known as "46B" and made with many different types of stones and sometimes completely in sterling. The top portion measures about 1/2 inch by 5/8 inch. The ring is a size 6 1/4 and may be resized up or down easily upon request.
