4 individual, graduated strands come together in this gorgeous statement necklace dating to the 1980s! Featuring genuine, round coral beads in light-pink (angelskin coral), to salmon-hued, to deep orange-colored coral, attached by a stylish diamond-adorned, barrel-shaped clasp. The strands are graduated to sit at complementary lengths over the collarbone, as exemplified by our model shot, but it could also be styled in a twisted, torsade design. The push-lock clasp, which has an additional figure-8 safety, boasts about 2 carats total in fiery and bright Full-Cut diamonds, graded H-I color and VS-SI2 clarity. This vintage necklace measures approximately 16 and 1/4 inches total (at its shortest strand). It has lots of volume and it can be worn with the clasp either on the back (for a more casual look) or on front (for a dressier look!).
The increase of coral harvesting is detrimental to our oceans and significantly reduces biodiversity, so this timeless, vintage necklace provides a fabulous alternative in paying homage to the extraordinary beauty of the ocean, while still protecting our reefs.
