Once an elegant pocket watch, this beautifully detailed locket is covered in hand-chased flora, patterned flourishes, and a flying sparrow, leaving only a small shield blank, ready to be personalized with a signet! This empty pocket watch case is set in 14k rose gold and was made around 1900. One side opens to a glass crystal while the other opens to a gold panel, which can also be opened. There are multiple spaces and surfaces that can be personalized with engravings, photographs, or even small keepsakes. The locket measures about 1 1/2 inches wide with a 1/2 inch bale and is 3/8 inch thick. The chain is sold separately and may be purchased here.
