This fabulous Sterling Silver Snake can be worn as a belt or necklace. This was designed by Elsa Peretti in the early 1970's to accessorize the designs of Halston. It was retailed by Tiffany & Co. Hallmarks can be found on the sides of the snake's head.
The body of the snake is articulated and it tapers beautifully from head to tail. The amazingly lifelike head has sapphire eyes and jaws that open allowing the belt to slide through. It is in excellent condition with a touch of patina to polish as desired.
